Context & challenge
This national publisher wants to create its own training ecosystem to reveal, train and retain its future real estate agent clients directly on its proprietary tools, transforming its 8,500 client agencies into a natural pool for apprenticeship placement. The project starts with 3 owned sites (Nice year 1, Lyon year 2, Bordeaux year 3), offering controlled ramp-up before any further development.
Solutions deployed
Central engineering & tools: design of the pedagogical model (BTS RNCP 5, Bachelor RNCP 6, MSc RNCP 7), development of the LMS and SIS (OPCO, Chorus interfacing), content creation and deployment of the centralized information system.
Deployment of 3 sites & compliance: search and negotiation of premises (300 m² ground floor, city center), recruitment of permanent and pedagogical teams, Qualiopi steps, CFA creation, OPCO agreements.
Marketing & acquisition: national communication strategy piloted by Mentivis (fairs, high schools, mobilization of the agency network), target acquisition cost under €600 per apprentice, campaigns launched in January-February for a September intake.
