The client wants to structure a training offer to reveal and retain new talent within its network, around a two-step journey: a short Start Immo course (level 4, ~4 months) followed by a BTS Real Estate Professions apprenticeship. Before any deployment commitment, the client needs a consolidated view of costs, regulatory and operational feasibility, and possible scenarios to make an informed decision.

Solutions deployed
  • Scoping & qualification: consolidation of objectives, network constraints and deployment hypotheses; arbitration of pedagogical modalities; deliverable: scoping note and arbitration criteria.
  • Scenario construction: modeling of a target scenario and an alternative (pedagogy, exams, organization, tools), comparative pre-costing of budget envelopes and identification of risks (Qualiopi compliance, funding, image).
  • Go / No Go decision file: consolidated costing (setup + operation), resource plan, governance, macro roadmap and presentation session allowing the client to arbitrate the deployment scenario.

Context & challenge

This national publisher wants to create its own training ecosystem to reveal, train and retain its future real estate agent clients directly on its proprietary tools, transforming its 8,500 client agencies into a natural pool for apprenticeship placement. The project starts with 3 owned sites (Nice year 1, Lyon year 2, Bordeaux year 3), offering controlled ramp-up before any further development.

Solutions deployed
  • Central engineering & tools: design of the pedagogical model (BTS RNCP 5, Bachelor RNCP 6, MSc RNCP 7), development of the LMS and SIS (OPCO, Chorus interfacing), content creation and deployment of the centralized information system.
  • Deployment of 3 sites & compliance: search and negotiation of premises (300 m² ground floor, city center), recruitment of permanent and pedagogical teams, Qualiopi steps, CFA creation, OPCO agreements.
  • Marketing & acquisition: national communication strategy piloted by Mentivis (fairs, high schools, mobilization of the agency network), target acquisition cost under €600 per apprentice, campaigns launched in January-February for a September intake.
