B2B Marketing Growth Lead
Context
MentivisOS is a full-stack operational system built for training organisations, schools and universities. It covers the entire lifecycle of an institution, from acquisition to pedagogical performance, within a single integrated environment. Mentivis is now structuring its commercial development in France and is looking for the person who will take operational ownership of it.
This is a broad-spectrum growth role. You are responsible for the commercial development of MentivisOS in the French market, from generating the first leads to building lasting strategic partnerships.
Your responsibilities
B2B growth and market development
You drive the growth strategy for MentivisOS in France. You own the full funnel: lead generation, nurturing, conversion and account development. You build the commercial foundations of the market, which requires both strategic decisions and direct execution.
Acquisition and outbound
You design, launch and optimise complex outbound sequences targeting institutional decision-makers: school directors, university leadership, training centre management and corporate L&D departments. You structure prospecting workflows and automation adapted to the specificities of the French market. You collaborate with performance and operations teams on ABM strategies, retargeting and paid acquisition.
Events and ecosystem presence
You organise and lead events, webinars, sector meetups and trade show participations. You actively develop MentivisOS's presence within the French AI, edtech and professional training ecosystem, identifying the right relays, the right formats and the right contacts.
Content and positioning
You produce sales materials, strategic content and messaging adapted to the demands of the French market. You contribute to the positioning of MentivisOS by feeding field signals back to the product and strategy teams.
Partnerships and ecosystem
You identify and develop strategic partnerships with players in the AI, education, training and skills transformation sectors. You build strong relationships with local relays, sponsors and organisations that can accelerate market penetration.

Languages. You work professionally in English. The ability to read, produce and communicate in English within an international professional environment is essential.

Entrepreneurial spirit. You have ideally worked in a startup or high-growth environment, or built projects independently. You are comfortable in situations where the rules are not yet written.
Growth culture. You have a broad and operational understanding of growth marketing: acquisition, outbound, performance, automation, data analysis, events and campaigns. You are not a specialist in just one of these areas. You know how to connect them.
Execution orientation. You are autonomous, proactive and experiment-driven. You manage multiple subjects simultaneously without sacrificing execution quality.
Bonus skills
SEO expertise and content strategy, design skills (Figma, Adobe Suite), experience with AI-native tools and workflows, knowledge of the French edtech and professional training ecosystem.

The role is remote-first. You work within an international environment at the intersection of AI, education and skills transformation.
