Context

MentivisOS is a full-stack operational system for training organisations, schools and universities. Acquisition is a core driver of our model. We are looking for a Google Ads specialist capable of managing our campaigns at a high level of technical precision, in institutional markets where each lead carries significant value and where the depth of optimisation determines the difference between a profitable campaign and a consumed budget with no measurable return.

Your responsibilities

Campaign management and oversight

You manage the full Google Ads campaign portfolio: Search, Display and Performance Max. You own account structure, campaign architecture, alignment between conversion objectives and bidding strategies. You manage budgets and performance in real time, with a precise reading of bidding signals and auction dynamics.

Advanced technical optimisation

You command the full range of optimisation levers. On Search: match type management, search term analysis, Quality Score improvement, ad group structure, extensions and assets, automated bidding strategies and the conditions under which they perform. On Display: audience targeting, remarketing, contextual segmentation, creative and message optimisation. On Performance Max: asset group construction, audience signal definition, campaign insight analysis, exclusion management and channel distribution monitoring.

You know when to let the algorithm run and when to take back control. You understand the limits of automation and the conditions under which it performs or drifts.

Tracking and performance measurement

You are proficient in conversion tracking setup and quality control: Google Tag Manager, GA4, offline conversion import. You verify data integrity before any optimisation decision. You build clear, decision-oriented reports in Looker Studio or equivalent, not simple metric dashboards.

Experimentation and continuous improvement

You design and analyse A/B tests on ads, landing pages and bidding strategies. You document learnings and evolve campaigns based on data, not assumptions.

Collaboration and recommendations

You work with content, product and acquisition teams to align ad messaging with MentivisOS positioning. You produce structured, evidence-based recommendations on budgets, targeting and optimisation priorities.

Profile

Google Ads technical expertise. You have genuine operational mastery of Search, Display and Performance Max campaigns. You know the technical details that matter at scale: managing bids during the learning phase, the impact of structural changes on the algorithm, reading PMax placement reports, audience segmentation for remarketing.

Google Ads certification. Google Ads certification is appreciated. It does not replace field experience, but it signals consistent engagement with formats and features that evolve constantly.

Conversion orientation. You do not manage campaigns to produce volume. You manage campaigns to produce measurable outcomes. You think in cost per qualified lead, conversion rate by segment and channel-level profitability.

Analytical rigour. You read data methodically. You distinguish signal from statistical noise, correlation from causation, a tracking anomaly from a genuine performance drop.

Autonomy. You manage your accounts independently, make optimisation decisions without systematic approval, and report with precision and regularity.

Bonus skills

Experience on B2B or institutional markets, knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feeds, practice of Microsoft Ads or Meta Ads as complementary channels, proficiency in Google Ads scripts for automating repetitive tasks.
